Okay, so I finished reading the whole Vinland Saga and I live for Sigurd and his squad! QwQ
I never expected his story arc to be SO GOOD! I love how his character development was written! I mean, from a brat with Good Child Syndrome he turns into an independent and responsible man!
Also, their misadventures were HILARIOUS!!!
I just love how their dnamics are presented! Like, whenever Siggy tries to do something reckless, his friends are his voice of reason and always follow him, regardless of the danger. They are so damn sweet!!
And I don’t doubt that they would give him a warm group hug!! ;u;
Oh, if you wonder who’s son he is, he’s Halfdan’s son. The lord wielding a long chain who was looking for his escaped Slavic slave. His chain is the reason why he’s called “The Chainman”.
So…if you have read only the prologue, PLEASE, give the rest of the story a chance!
Many people say that the manga goes downhill but that’s NOT true! I enjoyed every page of it with all my heart!!! ;A;
And the artstyle gets better!!!
